To me, wine has always been the embodiment of experience. It has marked and shared many of the momentous and cherished moments of my adult life - experiences that I am able to re-live and recall again and again with certain special bottles.

RR Poet is the culmination of an endeavor that began over a decade ago with the careful selection of our first estate vines at PineBrake Vineyard. Those first roots were the genesis of an ongoing, one-hundred percent hand-crafted effort to create a truly masterful and memorable experience.

I am grateful and humbled to be able to share that experience with you, and I truly hope these wines will mark and share your cherished moments - to be recalled again and again in the years to come with every bottle.

Billo’s list of achievements and accolades, which include multiple degrees from top schools and some of the highest certifications in the wine world, are too numerous to mention here.

But more importantly - Billo is a true artist of wine. His passion for this art is evident in every bottle. His highly-regarded wines under labels such as Rasa and Delmas have garnered critical accolades and earned numerous awards since his first vintage in 2007. His winemaking style has been widely recognized as producing exceptional, Terroir-driven wines which exhibit the very best expression of a ‘place’, which makes him the absolute perfect fit to express the unique PineBrake Terroir through the wines of RR Poet.

Raeanna Porter

Owner, creative DIRECTOR

Raeanna directs nearly every aspect of creative development for PineBrake Vineyard and RR Poet. Aside from collecting, creating, and editing media content, Raeanna’s input has also been integral in package and label design, web design, and visual media aspects for both vineyard and winery. When she is not aiding with her critical and creative eye, Raeanna owns and operates Porterae Studio, a luxury design and art studio. Additionally, she tends a small flower farm, the florals from which she incorporates into her many floral designs, beneath the pines at PineBrake Vineyard. You may also find Rae pouring wines alongside (husband and winegrower) Jeremy at many RR Poet wine events.
