shipping policy

 OVERVIEW

All of our wines are stored year-round in a temperature-controlled warehouse in Walla Walla, WA. Once we receive your order, it is packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner. If you would like to skip the shipping and order your wines to be picked up in Walla Walla, please use the local pickup option during checkout to initiate this request, and we will be happy to set this up for you!

SUMMER / WINTER SHIPPING

Wine quality is highly sensitive to very low, and especially very high temperatures. To ensure wine transported by ground arrives in excellent condition, we will hold shipments when temperatures fall below 30° or exceed 85°, either in your area or en route. We typically ship wines during two normal shipping windows in the Spring and the Fall. In some cases, this may result in a significant delay (weeks, or even a month or longer, during the hottest parts of summer). Please know that we want you to receive your wine as soon as possible, but more importantly, we want you to receive the wine in excellent condition! If your order is time-sensitive, please consider upgrading to overnight (air) shipping. We will remove the weather hold and ship wines immediately if overnight shipping is selected at checkout, except in very extreme cases.

STATES

We are only allowed to legally ship wine directly to consumers in certain states. If you are located in a state to which we cannot ship, the store will not allow your order to be processed during checkout. Currently, we are legally allowed to ship to the following states:
